Do I need a prescription?

Delivery within Australia, NZ and the USA is usually around 2-4 days. All other countries please allow 7-10 days, plus customs clearance time. You can request tracking after ordering and the confirmation email you will receive at the time of ordering will have details on how to request a tracking number.

If you have signed up for a corporate membership you may cancel at any time by giving 7 days notice by email. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing your full name and country of residence. We will confirm by return email once the membership is cancelled and from that notification all members benefits will cease
You don’t need an account to purchase. You can buy as a guest at any time through our secure shopping cart, with all the same terms & conditions as an account holder.
Once you make a purchase you will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is dispatched. Delivery is very fast with a maximum of 2-4 days within Australia, NZ and the USA; and around 7-10 days for all other countries, but you can request a tracking number by email if you wish.
