YOUR MIGRAINE OR YOUR ANXIETY- WHICH CAME FIRST? … AND HOW TO KEEP BOTH AT BAY.

Migraine and anxiety often exist in a symbiotic relationship similar to the classic “chicken or the egg” dilemma. Which came first? Does anxiety trigger migraine, or does migraine cause anxiety? Your head may hurt just thinking about it.

According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), research suggests that migraine can precede the onset of anxiety disorders. In fact, studies reveal that lifetime occurrences of anxiety are significantly higher in people with migraine than in the general population.

THERE ARE NATURAL WAYS TO PREVENT MIGRAINE, AND RELIEVE STRESS & ANXIETY AT THE SAME TIME.

While managing your diet and getting regular exercise go a long way to managing stress, and the onset of Migraine, supplementing with critical minerals and B group vitamins is essential and should be your first step to Migraine prevention and anxiety relief. One of the single most important things you can do is add Magnesium and B group vitamins to your diet. You can start to do this by adding these foods into your diet : whole wheat flour, spinach, quinoa, almonds, cashews, dark chocolate and avocado.

But to be sure you are getting adequate amounts of Magnesium and Vitamins B3, B6 and B9 then you could consider supplementing with an activated form of Magnesium, such as the product I recommend to my patients, known as ActiveMg.

In the daily dose of ActiveMgyou will find 300mg of activated Magnesium, plus the critical B group Vitamins of B3, B6, B9 and B12, plus 2 very unusual plant extracts knowns as Cramp Bark and Passionflower. Cramp Bark deals with muscle spasms that can cause restricted blood flow to the brain (as does Magnesium) and the Passionflower works to relieve stress, (as does the Vitamin B9).

The thing I love about this partuclar product, over standard Magnesium, is that they use a form of Activated Magneium (combining it with Zinc and B6) to improve uptake into the body by 4 times. Standard magnesium is poorly bio-available and so you dont get the levels you need remaining in the body, but the activated Magnesium used in the ActiveMg improves results dramatically.

The ActiveMgthat I mention here is available in AUSTRALIA & NZ through Global Health Direct , in the USA & Canada through Deham Care and just recently in the PHILIPPINES through Shopee.

Stay safe and hopefully this has been informative in such a stressful time.
